No finer HVAC Technicians

Dear Mr. Scothorn,

I applaud your company for outstanding customer service provided to us especially by Greg, technical service manager. He went beyond the call of duty making several after working hours trips to our home to solve a problem with a newly installed Carrier heat pump. We are certain that there is no finer HVAC technician than Greg in the entire Dayton area.

He should be congratulated for being an exceptional employee. Greg's dedication and professionalism is rare nowadays. He is an asset to your firm and is part of the reason why we would do business with Butler again.

To Whom it May Concern,

We have used Butler for over 30 years to service all our HVAC needs. There is a reason for our loyalty and can be expressed in a single word, TRUST.

When Butler says that they will be there at 11, you can count on the doorbell ringing at 10:55. When the serviceman arrives, he is neat, clean, friendly and professional in every way. They know what they are doing and they do it at a fair price.

Prompt, polite, and competent service

Dear Tony,

We just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the services received from Butler. When our furnace went out on Friday evening in early January, the service technician responded quickly, inspected and advised us of the problems. Necessary repair was completed and information was taken to have you contact us concerning the purchase of a new furnace. You responded in a few days, informed us of our choices, and did the necessary measuring the windows and doors. Due to the impending cold weather, you came back the next day after working on the proposal that evening. Removing the old furnace and installation of the new one, central air and the hot water heater started that Monday and the job was completed on Friday. The workers were prompt, polite and thorough in completing the job. The heaters that you provided kept us warm until partial heat from the new furnace was on Tuesday late afternoon. All this was done under extreme cold weather, thanks to the dedicated staff at Butler.

Furnace Replacement

Dear Mr. Scothorn,

We applaud the dedication, skill and commitment that your company displayed when working with us on our project to be replaced the very dated furnaces for our church. From the assessment of our needs by Tony (sales engineer) to the installation by the team, and the calibration by Greg (service manager), we were up and running within 10 business days.

During the installation when an issue with one of the new furnaces that services our main sanctuary was registering 59degrees on a very cold day, Greg came to the rescue on a Saturday so that our Sunday services were not interrupted. That showed a sign of true commitment to satisfying the customer.

Your Company over the years has provided the Dayton community with outstanding service. We would be pleased to recommend your company to other businesses or potential clients.

Wonderful Staff

Dear Steve (President),

Please convey my special thanks to Greg, service manager, and to Jim, service tech, who's exerted efforts solved many of our air condition problems while they were inspecting our AC equipment.

I was particularly impressed by their all-around talents, their dedication, technical competence, and ability to solve these problems. Consequently, their courteous service made available to our needs was most gratifying. Their efforts were above and beyond the normal excellent service provided by Butler Heating and Air Conditioning Co. I know by the very nature of them working with customers the demands on your personnel are considerable and very time consuming.

Even installing heat pumps!

Dear Keith,

I want you to know that I'm very pleased with the heat pump installation and heat duct modifications you did for us. Wade and his partner were excellent representatives of your company. Their priorities were in exactly the spot, getting the job done right! They never appeared to be concerned about quitting for the day, just what and how things needed to be done. They are great employees. The modifications you made to our heat ducts make living in the family room a warm experience. I believe that last weekend was a good test of the system since temperatures got down in the 20's F. I was actually hot in the family room for the first time in the 6 years we've lived here. The heat pump itself seems to be functioning well in conjunction with my oil furnace. I can look forward to many more years of comfortable living in our house. Hope the bug you have is not too serious. Thanks again for a job well done!

Fast response, Honest people

Dear Steve:

I am writing to thank you for a wonderful job servicing our air conditioning unit. Our A/C broke down just a few days before the temperatures rose, and the humidity increased. We were sure we'd have to suffer through the hot days without it, but your team made sure we did not!

We originally got quotes from a few other companies. All of them came out, looked at our unit and quoted us a price on a new system. I was referred to Butler by a co-worker. He seemed very happy with the work you did for him, so we decided to give you a call.

Your salesman, Keith Wise, took one look at our air conditioner and told us he couldn't sell us a new one because the one we had was just fine. It merely needed an easy repair! We couldn't believe we were that close to spending thousands of dollars on a new unit, and here was the first person telling us we didn't need one! Keith opened our unit, showed us what the problem was, made a few calls, and got us on the schedule for the following week.

Our service got even better when Keith called us back an hour later to tell us someone would be out to repair the unit that day! We owe a big thank you to Greg Millsaps, who came out in the 90-degree heat to work on our unit. My husband really enjoyed staying outside and talking with Greg, despite the hot weather!

What great service, and honest employees you have! It is refreshing to come across a company like yours. We will never go elsewhere for our heating and cooling needs. You have made us customers for life! And we will also be passing along your name to our friends and family.

It has been my honor to represent Butler Heating and Air Conditioning on radio and television since 1996. Our relationship has been more than an announcer doing a commercial. When I endorse a product or service, it is because I have personally experienced and used it. And have gotten to know the employees of a company on many levels. Consistently, Butler has risen above excellent in all areas, has raised the bar for all other companies, and surpassed every expectation.
