     Some companies in our industry operate without a license and some fail to obtain a county or city permit for the work they perform at your home.These are sad facts that hurt the consumer and their property and gives our industry a sometimes questionable reputation. At Butler Heating and Air Conditioning Company, there is only one way to do business: do the right thing for the customer, and give them the respect and professionalism they deserve.

     Another important fact is that new high efficiency furnaces require more airflow than older equipment, which means more often than not, duct work changes are required. A new high efficient furnace will not give you the proper efficiencies if certain airflow requirements are not present or corrective changes are not made. If the current air conditioning or heat pump system cooled your home 15 years ago and you have upgraded your windows, insulation, attic-ventilation, etc., you may require a smaller unit than you previously had, saving you more money in energy costs and in the price of the equipment. As you can see, it is a combination of properly sized equipment, airflow technology and expert installation that provide comfort for your family.
